My name is Eduardo Freitas, and I am Biomedical Engineer. I graduate from a New University of Lisbon (Universidade Nova de Lisboa) in Biomedical and I did Erasmus in National University of Ireland Galway (Rep. Ireland) and have experience in Biomedical Engineer since 2009, working with other Biomedical Engineers with the tasks and responsibilities focusing on engineering, physics, radiation, medical imaging, maintenance and maintenance management (in several NHS public and private Portuguese and Cape Verde hospitals) and promotes orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.In my professional experience, I learnt working with equipments from: GE, Philips and Siemens.
I have knowledge in biology and medicine with engineering principles and practice to create security procedures of radiology and laser plans; knowledge in imaging medical devices by auditing, quality control and acceptable tests; skills to develop software to optimize protocol of quality control in imaging devices; knowledge in the area of construction projects of imaging medical units; skills to do training in medical physics; participation in various trainings and seminars to update on the latest technology in the field; knowledge in quality management and innovating by ISO norms; commercial skill to promote a service.
